Terms of Service & Data Usage Guidelines
Standard terms governing access to dimensional verification protocols, batch inspection methodologies, and technical reference content.
Terms of Use
Effective Revision Date: August 24, 2026 | Document ID: TOC-BOF-2026.08
01. Acceptance of Verification Protocols
By accessing and utilizing BatchOutcome Fieldbook ("the Handbook", "Platform", or "Service"), you acknowledge and agree to comply with and be bound by the terms, engineering notices, and operational policies set forth herein. These terms govern all visitors, quality engineers, technicians, and organizations utilizing our published metrology guides, variance tracking benchmarks, and serial 3D printing repeatability formulas.
If you disagree with any portion of these specifications, you are advised to discontinue the use of our technical documentation and reference assets immediately.
02. Technical Documentation & Intellectual Property
All structural content, calibration procedures, dimensional tolerance tables, inspection checklists, custom calculation formulas, and graphic schematics hosted on this domain are the intellectual property of BatchOutcome Fieldbook, protected by applicable international copyright and industrial data protection standards.
- Educational and shop-floor internal reference use of guides is permitted without modification.
- Systematic scraping, automated harvesting, or commercial redistribution of raw benchmark datasets without prior authorization is strictly prohibited.
- All references to third-party manufacturing software, slicing utilities, and metrology hardware brands remain the registered trademarks of their respective proprietors.
03. Metrology Guidance & Tolerance Advisory
The dimensional verification benchmarks, Statistical Process Control (SPC) thresholds, and additive manufacturing process recommendations provided across our documentation are synthesized from empirical small-batch evaluations. Variations in environmental humidity, ambient chamber temperature, filament batch chemistry, laser calibration, and slicing engine iterations may introduce discrepancies in actual output dimensions.
Operational Notice: Users must perform independent verification runs and calibrated optical/contact coordinate checks before applying recommendations to safety-critical, aerospace, medical, or structural load-bearing components.
04. Permissible User Conduct
Users agree to operate within normal navigational parameters. You agree not to engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the stability, server responsiveness, or integrity of the platform's reference databases and inspection calculators.
Unauthorized probing of endpoints, reverse engineering of static client calculation logic, or transmission of malicious scripts is strictly forbidden and subject to administrative blacklisting.
05. Limitation of Production Liability
Under no circumstances shall BatchOutcome Fieldbook, its authors, or technical contributors be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from part rejection, material waste, assembly misalignment, or manufacturing equipment downtime resulting from reliance on the published guides.
All formulas, calculators, and dimensional inspection protocols are delivered on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranty of any kind.
06. Modifications to Terms
BatchOutcome Fieldbook reserves the right to revise, update, or recalibrate these terms at any time without prior individual notification. Revisions become effective immediately upon posting to this document URL. Continued utilization of the site following published modifications constitutes full acceptance of the revised terms.
